CHAMBER NAMES VOLUNTEER OF THE QUARTER
We are very proud to announce that Allegro Business Products owner, Lori Flink, MAS has been named the Chairman’s Council Volunteer of the Quarter for first quarter 2023 by the Cherokee County Chamber. She was honored during the Chamber’s March Good Morning Cherokee breakfast networking event on March 2, 2023. Lori said, "I am elated and humbled to have received this award. I love serving on the Chairman's Council and am excited about serving and volunteering our community."
Members of the Chairman’s Council are accepted by invitation only from the Chamber’s Board Chair. The Chairman’s Council members are invited to attend Ribbon Cuttings & Ground Breakings, Coffee & Connections…For New Members, and special invitation Chamber meetings that aren’t open to the general membership.
In determining the Volunteer of the Quarter, attendance at Chamber events is evaluated for all members of the Chairman’s Council. “There was no doubt when naming this quarter’s honoree as Lori has attended many Chamber events since the first of the year,” said Trey Ragsdale, External Affairs, Kaiser Permanente, and 2023 Chamber Board Chair. This will be Lori's seventh year to serve on the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Council. Last year, the Chairman's Council attended over 55 ribbon cuttings and 1 groundbreaking, celebrating businesses in the community.
